Do you ship to my country?
We ship to more than 100 different countries. To see if your country is available, add an item to your shopping cart and then use the drop down menu to see if your country is available.
How come when I check out, I am not given a shipping method to select?
Each shipping method that we offer have weight and cost limitations. If you are over those limitations, you may not be able to select the shipping method you want. Especially if you are using a PO BOX as a delivery address. In the shopping cart you can see the restrictions under each shipping method. You may need to modify your cart or shipping address to continue.
Why can't I track my International Airmail order?
Orders shipped via International Airmail cannot be tracked. While most International Airmail packages are delivered within a few days, it can take up 6 weeks if the package encounters delays with customs or the local post office.
Since International Airmail packages cannot be tracked, there is no way for us to know the reason why a package has been delayed, nor can we determine its location once it leaves our warehouse. We appreciate your patience and understanding in this matter.
How can I change my shipping address?
To change the shipping address you are using for your order, you just need to check out as usual. When you get to the "Review Order" page you can click on the "Change" link right above the current shipping address. You can then enter the new address. Please note that by entering a new shipping address, you will have to re-enter the credit card information for security purposes.


Can I cancel my order I just placed?
You can cancel an order so long as the status of the order states, “in progress”. Please note that once the status states “ready to ship”, you cannot cancel your order.

How can I change/update the credit card used for my orders?
To change or update the credit card you are using for your order, you just need to check out as usual. When you get to the "Review Order" page you can click on the "Change" link right above the credit card currently being used. Then, enter the credit card details again as a new card.
How can I change the email address on my account?
To change the email address, you will need to log into your Phillips Natural account and click on “Personal Information” Make sure to click on “update” to ensure the new changes are properly saved.
I have forgotten my password. How can I get a new one?
If you have forgotten your password, you can have a new one emailed to you. Simply go to "My Account" and click on the "Forgot Password" link. Then, enter the email address for your account and the password will be emailed to you right away. It usually takes just a few minutes for you to get the new password.
How do I change my password?
Changing your password is easy! Simply log into your Phillips Natural account, click on “change password”, and create your new password. Make sure to use a password that you will be able to remember. Do not forget to click on “update” to save your new updated password.
